After waking up early (despite what Bex and V say) one Sunday morning, the car was packed, travel sweets at the ready and we off we go.

The agenda: breakfast, walk, shop, lunch, walk, shop, food (and cocktail), drive home.

The first walk was around Tarn Haws, Coniston, which was so picturesque and serene.  The second walk was a spot that we’ve affectionately called “Kaya’s Spot”; named because it’s one of Kaya’s (the dogs) favourite places.

Here are some of the photos from the day. Enjoy.

Camera: Canon 6D
Lenses: Tamron 24-70mm f2.8, Canon 85mm f1.8 (thanks, Chris!)
Locations: Tarn Hows, Coniston, and “Kaya’s Spot” on Windermere (not sure of the actual name, but it’s one of Kaya’s favourite places)
